You do not have to carry your body's changes alone. Nesting in You is a health and wellness coaching practice for Black women in every season: trying to conceive, carrying, recovering, and changing in midlife. Led by Fenyx Williams, with thirteen years in maternity care and a decade before that in the rooms where Black women go to be tended.

For the woman who has been told her pain is normal, her numbers are fine, and her feelings will pass. This is the room where all of it is taken seriously, and all of you is welcome.
The approach
HER Way is how the work happens inside Nesting in You. You decide how you move through your season, on your own terms, at the pace that fits your life and your goals. I bring the education, the preparation, and the steady presence beside you.
Nothing here runs on a script. Your season, your goals, and your pace set the direction, and the work is built to fit the life you are actually living.
Most coaches pick a lane, so you start over with someone new each time your body changes. Here, you never have to explain your history twice.

Childbirth preparation, virtual doula support, in-person doula care in Phoenix, and coaching through the Four Phases of the postpartum year. This is my home ground.

PCOS, PMDD, painful and irregular cycles, preconception preparation, and the long season of waiting. Dignity in the not-yet, and language for what your body is doing.

Perimenopause and menopause support that separates the symptom from the story. The change in midlife is as significant as the one in your twenties, and far less supported.

Ten years working professionally with skin before I ever entered healthcare. Skin, stress, and hormones are one story, and I have been reading it a long time.

Every Thursday we gather to cover one another in prayer: women in fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and midlife, and the doulas, midwives, and birth workers who walk beside them. You are prayed for by name.
Before I ever stood in a labor room, I spent ten years working professionally with skin, in day spas, med spas, and skin clinics, almost always in Black spaces and with Black women. That is where I learned what it means to be trusted with someone's body, and how much a woman will tell you once she feels safe.
Then came thirteen years of direct clinical maternity care: labor and delivery, the NICU, postpartum, high-risk OB. I watched how completely women were supported through birth and how quietly they were left alone with everything after it. And I watched Black women's pain get discounted at every stage, not just the maternal ones.
Nesting in You is my answer. One practice that stays with a woman from her first questions about her cycle through the change in midlife, holding the clinical understanding and the human one at the same time.
No. I work with all women. I center Black women because this practice was built for the gaps we are most often left in, and because being seen clearly is where good care begins. But this journey is sacred, and every woman deserves to be uplifted, covered, and guided. Every woman deserves the knowledge to make informed decisions and give informed consent, and the room to move through her seasons with self-advocacy and self-agency. If that is the support you are looking for, you are welcome here.
A coach partners with you over time to build understanding, habits, and self-trust. I am not your doctor and I do not diagnose or treat. I help you understand what your care team is telling you, prepare for what is coming, and build a rhythm that holds in your real life.
A doula supports an event: presence, comfort, and advocacy around birth and the earliest weeks. A coach supports a transformation across a whole season. I am certified in both, which is why childbirth preparation and virtual doula support live inside a coaching relationship that does not end when the birth is over.
Yes. All coaching, childbirth preparation, and virtual doula support are available to women anywhere. In-person doula care and in-home postpartum support are reserved for Phoenix-area and Arizona clients.
Not at this time. Nesting in You is a private-pay practice with published pricing and payment plans available on every package, so you always know the cost before you commit.
Yes. Maternity is my deepest room, not my only one. Fertility and cycle health, midlife and menopause, and skin and body support are all part of this practice.
No. CoverHER is free and open to any Black woman who wants to be prayed for and to pray for others. Nothing is sold on that call.
