Fertility & Cycle Health

Your cycle is telling you something. Let us learn the language.

For the woman tracking, waiting, and being told her labs look fine. Coaching for PCOS, PMDD, irregular and painful cycles, and the season of preparing your body for what you hope is coming. You will leave understanding your own body, not just monitoring it.

What we work on

The questions nobody sits down and answers.

Most women are handed a diagnosis and a prescription with no explanation of what is actually happening in their body. We start with understanding, because you cannot make good decisions about something nobody has explained to you.

Understanding

Your Cycle, Explained

  • What each phase of your cycle is doing and why you feel different in each one
  • How to track in a way that informs rather than consumes you
  • What your labs and imaging actually mean in plain language
  • Which symptoms are worth pressing your provider about
Living with it

PCOS, PMDD & Painful Cycles

  • Daily rhythms that support your energy, sleep, and mood
  • Nutrition and movement built around your cycle, not against it
  • Preparing for appointments so you are heard rather than dismissed
  • Naming the emotional weight of a body that feels unpredictable
The waiting season

Preparing is not the same as waiting.

Trying to conceive can turn a woman into a project manager of her own body. This is the work that keeps you whole while you prepare, whether the yes comes this month, next year, or in a form you have not pictured yet.

01

Learn

Understand what is happening in your body and what actually influences it, so the guesswork stops.

02

Prepare

Build the daily rhythms, nourishment, and rest that make your body a well-supported place, in whatever timeline is yours.

03

Advocate

Walk into appointments with your questions ordered and your history clear, so you get real answers.

04

Hold

Tend the grief, the hope, and the identity questions that come with waiting, because they are part of this too.

Nesting in You is a private-pay practice. This is coaching and education, not medical care. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and I work alongside your medical team rather than in place of it.

Questions women ask

Before you book.

Can you diagnose or treat my PCOS?

No. I am a coach and an educator, not a physician, and I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. What I do is help you understand your diagnosis, follow through on what your care team recommends, and build the daily practices that support you between appointments.

I have been told my labs are normal but I feel awful. Can you help?

This is one of the most common reasons women come to me. Normal labs and feeling well are not the same thing. We look at your cycle, your symptoms, your sleep, your stress, and your nourishment together, and we prepare you to press for the specific testing or referral that fits what you are actually experiencing.

Do you work with women doing IVF or fertility treatment?

Yes. I do not manage your treatment, and I never contradict your fertility team. I support the parts nobody else is holding: the preparation, the daily rhythm, the emotional weight, and the identity questions that come with a medicalized path to pregnancy.

What if I am not sure I want children yet?

That is a completely valid place to start. Cycle health matters whether or not pregnancy is ever the goal, and deciding is its own kind of work worth having support for.

Is this available outside Arizona?

Yes. All fertility and cycle work is virtual and available to women anywhere.
